What is a great product without great customer service???

The review is about the service I received from Candle Moods, rather than the candle itself.
The candle came packaged in LOADS of bubble wrap and had a huge FRAGILE sticker on it, but the post office kicked it around anyway, and the candle arrived damaged. I was going to chock it up to the sometimes downside of ordering online but I was contacted by Candle Moods and asked how I like the candle.
I explained the situation- told them it wasn't their fault- and they sent a replacement candle anyway! How's that for service?
